Alcoholic Beverage Service

Under no circumstances will persons renting the facility be allowed to bring alcoholic beverages into the facility. This includes Dinner Wines. The Lodge is not licensed for BYO alcohol.

The Kitchen

Kitchen facilities and equipment shall be restricted to those persons authorized by Lodge.

The persons renting must ensure that the kitchen is cleaned to base condition after use and all appliances must be turned off

The persons renting shall remove all garbage and clean the premises immediately after the rental period. The renter further agrees to abide by any additional requirements regarding facility condition and care attached to this agreement. If the renter fails to comply with this Clause and any additional requirements, the renter agrees that the Lodge may deduct from the damage deposit the cost of doing the cleaning and performing other remedies at the rate of $50.00 per hour.

The Kitchen

Only Removable type adhesives may be used for decorating walls and ceilings. ‘Painter’s Tape’ and ‘Post It’ type glues Please.

Property introduced into the premises (either owned or rented) by the applicant, in the course of lawful occupancy, must be removed from the premises no later than 11:00 am, the morning following the function.

All materials must be fire resistant and sanctioned by the Ottawa Fire Department. NO Confetti – Indoors or On the lawn

The Lodge reserves the right to refuse unsafe, dangerous and unlawful materials being brought into the facilities, at their discretion.
